Orders & Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Orders can be made through the online store. You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through your Paypal account.
\nOrders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and if the ordered product has not yet been shipped.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We process your order usually within 2 business days of receiving your order.
\nIf there are any issues regarding limited stock levels or delays in processing your order, you will be contacted and informed.<\/p>\n

We charge a flat fee of $10.35\u00a0for all Australian orders.<\/p>\n

We will send you a confirmation email when we have dispatched your order.
\nPlease contact us if you do not receive your order within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email.
\nPlease note that the delivery times cannot be guaranteed as this is dependent on Australia Post and their services.<\/p>\n

Parcels returned by post office<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We cannot provide free shipping for orders that have been returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, and require re-shipping. We cannot provide replacement of any orders you report missing if according to the Australia Post tracking advice, your order has been delivered to the address you provided. If your order is returned to us by Australia Post, due to an incorrect address provided by you or if the package was not collected by you in accordance with the instructions from Australia Post, you will be charged an additional postage and\/or for your order to be reshipped.<\/p>\n

Return Policy <\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Company strives to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service to be satisfied with. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@hortulusherbtea.com.au and you may return the products in the original packaging within 15 days from the date the product was delivered to the supplied delivery address.
\nWe will either replace the product or refund your money as appropriate in each instance.
